Recycled ripstop

GRS-documented recycled yarns with a fluorocarbon-free DWR finish — the spec conscious brands ask for first.
Waxed canvas
10.10 oz
Dry-finish waxed cotton that scars and patinas like leather — cut for heritage and heritage-adjacent lines.
Vegan leather
1.2 mm PU
Solvent-free PU on a brushed backing for trims, patches and full-panel builds; deboss-friendly at 1.2 mm.
Coil zippers
10,000 cycles
Self-repairing nylon coils with lockable metal pulls, cycle-tested in-house on every incoming lot.
Hardware & webbing
Anodized

12,000 m² of lockstitch discipline.
Our Quanzhou plant runs cutting, embroidery, sewing and final assembly under one roof, so tolerances never leave the building. Quality is stitched in, then inspected twice.

Sampling
First proto in 7–10 days, then fit-and-function revisions until you sign off the golden sample.

Tooling & pilot run
Cutting dies, embroidery discs and a pilot run checked against the golden sample before bulk release.
05.
Bulk & inline QC
IQC on inbound materials, IPQC at every twentieth unit and needle detection on the full run.
06.
Inspection & shipping
AQL 2.5 final inspection, carton drop checks, then booking to your port — FOB Xiamen or terms you name.
Testing & compliance
We break bags so your customers can’t.
Zipper endurance
Every zipper lot is cycle-tested to 10,000 pulls; sliders are torque-checked again after wash testing.
Drop & tumble
Packed to rated load and dropped 26 times from 1.2 m; corners, seams and feet inspected after every pass.
Seam strength
Load seams pulled to 120 N and checked for slippage; bartack counts verified under magnification.
Hardware & strap jerk
Handles and straps jerk-tested with 15 kg loads; buckles cold-cracked at −20 °C before approval.
